this is a rich, smooth frosting great for brownies...
 Peanut Butter Frosting
 I halved the recipe below for some 13x9 brownies... they were delish!!! I now call them Buckeye Brownies. Enjoy;)

2 C powder sugar

3 tbsp milk

1/2 C creamy PButter

1 Stick Butter, softened
